Many studies lie and say they have proven that it is. People are obviously not going to stop buying and smoking pot. The only reason it could be confused as a gateway drug is because pot smokers have to go to drug dealers to get it. Legalized Marijuana would be sold at a store instead of a dealers house. |

I have chronic pain and stiffness from fibromyalgia, arthritis, and multiple neck and back injuries. After 20 years of bouncing around with doctors who prescribed pills that did nothing but cause drug sensitivity, I'm back on the bud and can work full time. |

| Posted By: travis Posted On: Feb 19, 2004 Views: 1274 | RE: Should Marijuana Be Legalized? pot should definitely be legalized. not only is it kickass and makes you feel good but it helps a lot of people through stress (keeps devoted potheads from killing themselves). not only that but it can be used to make paper (which can be harvested twice a year while trees take like 10-20 years to grow), clothing, rope, animal feed, and farmers who grow it will make a whole ****load of money! bad news for alcoholics and smokers though (but i see no reason for these if marijuana's accessible) because weed will definitely put both of them out of business, which can be a good thing, then we won't have nearly as many drunk drivers, just stoners driving rreeaallyy ssllooww... then, i make another point, think about it, if everyone in the world smoked pot there'd be no war. nobody wants to get up and fight if they're stoned. the only thing they want to get up for is some food or the remote. : ) "The only thing marijuana leads to is junk food!"
