| Posted By: America's Most Wanted Posted On: Jun 5, 2008 Views: 359 | Dirtbag collared in Idaho BOISE Boise Police arrested a man overnight after finding him with approximately a half-pound of marijuana packaged in his home, apparently ready for sale. Jack Steven Basinger, 20, Boise, was charged with felony marijuana possession with intent to distribute and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Boise Police were called to a home on the 1600 block of South Martha Street at 10:09 p.m. Sunday after a neighbor called in a noise complaint. When officers arrived at the home they made contact with the resident and two guests. Officers had evidence marijuana was being used in the home. After some investigation, Boise Police patrol officers found Basinger with approximately a half-pound of marijuana packaged for sale, along with assorted paraphernalia for using and selling drugs. A visitor to the home, Benjamin L. Hickox, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. |
