James Edward Williamson, 54, burnt loser of Gallipolis Ferry had apparently been firing his gun during the early morning hours outside of his residence when neighbors contacted Mason County 911 to report the gun fire, according to Sheriff Scott Simms in a media release. When deputies arrived, they found something else besides Williamson firing his gun. They found 288 marijuana plants and more than 23 pounds of the plant already processed and ready to be sold, Simms said. Estimated street value of the seized marijuana is more than $300,000. The retard was charged with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling and manufacturing of a controlled substance with intent to deliver the marijuana. |
