| Posted By: WMAC Posted On: Jun 27, 2008 Views: 376 | Radio host loser cuffed Macon radio talk show host Shayne McBryde said he's been suspended indefinitely from his job at WMAC News Talk 940 pending an internal corporate investigation. McBryde, 37, said he met with Cumulus Broadcasting representatives Wednesday morning after being arrested for misdemeanor marijuana possession about noon Tuesday. Before Wednesday, McBryde co-hosted the station's morning show that airs weekdays from 6:05-9 a.m., according to the Cumulus Broadcasting station Web site. McBryde replaced the show's longtime host Kenny Burgamy last year. Wednesday morning Macon City Councilman Erick Erickson sat in with McBryde's on-air partner Ron Fraiser. McBryde expressed remorse for embarrassing his friends and family. He said he accepted responsibility for his actions. "I'm sorry," he said. "Whatever the consequences are, I've got to deal with it."
