Every year 300 people die in Scotland from drug overdoses. For heroin addicts, an alternative treatment to prescribing the substitute drug methadone looks set to get the support of Scottish politicians. But the programme, known as neuro electric treatment, has yet to convince public health officials. Lars Bevanger reports from Glasgow, where he met one former addict who says hes benefited from the treatment.
