I mentioned my finding of this forum to my husband, Frosty (the Snow man) who is 48 and a pot addict too. Today, we decided that today was our last day being potheads and yahookans and that tomorrow is the beginning of the rest of our pot free lives. Both of us know this isn't going to be an easy road, but we are both determined that we will give it our best shot. I am sick and tired of living in the green fog and the complete and utter lack of motivation that it brings. I am sick and tired of the depression it sends me into. I am sick and tired of the money we spend on it, the time and fun with our kids it has robbed us of, the complete lack of a social life, the control it has over me. There are so many disadvantages now and hardly any advantages. |
