These books got me through high school, I'm a junior now, so at least there will be a book to get me through my senior year. Does anyone know when the last book is due out? |

If you go to the 'News' section, and go to the 'Message Archive' you can find AR's latest phone messages, the most recent in which she declared that her next book, 'Blood Canticle', will be the last of the Vampires and Witches. You can also read these messages on her Official site (there's a link to that on the 'Links' page). 'Blood Canticle' is due to come out sometime this Fall (2003). All of her fans will be sad to see her end her most famous series, but hopefully she'll follow up soon with the "new direction" of writing she's taking now. She isn't going to stop writing, just change directions, it seems. |
