What is the best answer if, like me, one: a) Buys local food (both organic and other)& also; b) Buys food for good value (such as half-price ShopRite for soups etc) c) Buys foreign food when local not available etc. Mind you, good value could also mean buying more costly organic food locally, as good health has no price!
