My picks- can you forgive me?

I selected my first 2 choices based on remixes that I had heard in the clubs in my younger days, and how great they sounded on a busy dance floor on a large venue. My 3rd pick always struck me as a great one to play toward the end of the set or evening as a slow "come down".

1.) Can You Forgive Her (MK Remix 7:30)- This is my number 1 overall selection as I heard this version being played in the clubs months before the album version (and Very) was released, and it sounded so good on a packed dance floor.

2.) Before- I'm not a huge fan of the album version, however there were many club remixes, and this was another song that was quite popular with club DJ's and dance floor lovers in the late 90s.

3.) How Can You Expect to be Taken Seriously? (Brothers in Rhythm video version)- I can take or leave the album version of this song, but the Brothers in Rhythm version is awesome and hypnotic and would sound great toward the end of a set!

RE: My picks- can you forgive me?

I used to help a friend DJ parties years ago, so I have experience with people not dancing to my recommendations. Also, I am not sure if this particular dance party will be at a U.S. or U.K. venue, so I went for a couple of what I assume would be best-known songs anywhere, "It's a sin" and "Always on my mind," and the only ballad-like song I see on the list: "Liberation." That might get some of us who feel more comfortable slow dancing on the floor.
