My Name is Ashliegh and I haven't been cutting for that long but since I have started I have realised one main thing life is precious and everytime we cut we are destroying ourselfs physical and emotional and also mental. I know it is hard to stop because I haven't stopped but I know it can be done with hard work belief and support. I have a strong belief although that you are the only one that can stop yourself from cutting and support is only something to keep you focus and i know alot of people don't stay focus and get abit down that is where I want to help.
