I've SIed sine I was 8, I always knew I had a problem, I know that I'm not the only one who SI's but I don't know anyone else who does it. I have asked for help, from my best friend, my mother and my docter. I'm trying to find ways to stop. To do other none SI things with my hands. I've tried drawing, playing with putty. If any one has any other suggestions I would be very gratful. And to know someone else who SI's would be good too:/ |

I am a cutter i also smoke sometimes so i won't cut and i also binge and purge. I need help and i'm scared just wanted to tell u thet ur not alone! |
