I saw the Electric tour at the Sony Centre in Toronto and it was awesome, and my missus and I decided to get tickets a couple of days later at the Caesar Casino in Windsor for an encore. What a disappointment. The venue reeked of beer soaked carpet, and the atmosphere of desperate people pumping money into the slots was soul destroying. The Boys themselves put on a great show, but I sort of regret going the second time because the first time in Toronto was just so awesome, and it rather took the shine off of that experience. FWIW I think my count of live PSB is 9. Performance - Birmingham NEC Nightlife - Birmingham NEC Somewhere - Savoy, London Release Uni tour - Bristol Uni Potemkin - Swan Hunter, Newcastle Fundamental - Toronto, Canada Electric - Toronto, Canada Electric - Windsor, Canada Super - Toronto, Canada I also caught Closer to Heaven in London (I know it doesn't count). |

I found the Fundamental crowd lame, and the security over-bearing. Maybe I was too close to the stage (and hence security) but it turned me off. Harder to get people up out of their chairs in soft-cushioned theatres. That said, I loved the Super tour there. |
