Nationalized houses

A lot of Ethiopians had to leave their country during the Mengistu regime. Most of them, like us, lost all properties. Today, with a democratic system, one should be given back at least the houses and ground one has had before one had to leave the country. In the UN Carta of human rights, the right of ownership is not expressiveley declared, but by understanding of most humans enclosed.

A good example, how this could work out, was given after the breakdown of the tyrannic socialist sysrem in German: People who have had real estate property were given back there property or if that was not possible, compensated. No compensation was paid for the desolate appearance of the property (due to bad maintenance) Today the whole return is finished and worked out fine: the old/new owners restored and modernised the houses and made the whole surrounding be more invitable.

So it would make sense to return them to their RIGHTFUL owners as they would ensure modernisation to keep the wealth high.
