| Posted By: Andrew Posted On: October 18th Views: 125 | Great Question Supurb question this week...for me, much of the PSB is very insidious in nature, and it really does have a dark side to it that can be expressed in law breaking behaviour. Here is what I have done: Downloaded illegally..why? Because of PSB stupid formating like the Minimal DVD single. Broken the speed limit...HI NRG BABY!!! And used drugs...because albums like Very are just that much better on DXM or such. |

Wayne, Some interesting idea here: What if it's not necessarily breaking the "law" but do something that you KNOW you're not supposed to do? Like breaking school rules on contrabands, or listening to /downloading PSB songs at work... Or better yet these days, how about something that is NOT illegal but we KNOW would have ****ed off the Pets, like videotaping the Show? None of the above really constitute breaking the law, but would it be interesting to make a poll question out of it? Cheers! Alfina |
| Posted By: Wayne Posted On: October 22nd Views: 31 | RE: Great Question That's an interesting idea, Alfina! I'll have to give some thought as to how best to "frame" it, so to speak. The biggest problem would be to avoid overlapping or being too redundant with this question. Maybe like, "Have you ever done anything that technically wasn't illegal, but which you know you really shouldn't have done from a moral standpoint with regard to the Pet Shop Boys?" Hmmm -- that's a little verbose, isn't it? ;-) As I said, I'll add it to my big backlog and try to think of a good way to do it at some point. Thanks! Wayne |
