Build them at the old site or somewhere else in Manhattan. Make them safer (better fireproofing, better connections between floor trusses and columns, wider fire escapes) but use as many elements of the old design as possible. If possible, they should be the tallest buildings in the world. |

In fact, that could/would be the rallying cry for this project...and maybe the country as a whole: "One Floor Higher!" If the bastards knock them down again, then build them one floor higher still!
