I've known Liza for a little over 8 months now and I don't doubt the kind of person she is. I guess I see the same thing in her Brian sees. I have to say though that I do agree with you up to a point. Yes, Liza and Brian are both young, barely in there early 20s and yes they have only been dating for a couple months, but I don't think that poll was a good idea. Sure, everyone is entitled to their opinions but I think that putting up a poll for the whole internet world to see is taking it too far. Whatever Liza does with her life is her business and if she feels strongly about Brian (and trust me I KNOW she does) enough to be engaged to him then so be it. I was a bit surprised when she told me about him planning to ask for her hand in marriage, but after she told me that they do have some history together I figured what the heck. I support Liza and Brian. When I met Brian he seemed like a pretty down to earth kinda guy and he appeared very committed to Liza. That Saturday night when I went out with them, the love was so thick you could slice it with a knife. Anyways, to cut a long story short, Brian and Liza are happy together and I fully support them in their engagement and time of happiness. (hey Liza, my offer to fly you guys to your honeymoon destination is still open ok?) |
