Especially in his recordings from 1935 until 1955, he was outstanding. Check his Radames, his Canio, but also Adelaide from Beethoven. |

You say he is undervalued, yet others would say he is overvalued. And we would have to accept that if our only criterion is taste. So wee need something else to judge by, don't you think? Jay |
