I've played through the dungeon siege singleplayer 'world' over lan and we found it to be quite challenging AND definately fun. We just started the multiplayer world and can't wait to get going. I've found multiplayer awesome so far with the great flexibility that players can work with/against each other(in different locations). I found the multiplayer in dungeon siege better than baldur's gate(previous versions). Ok, anyhow, The main point of this is to say Dungeon Siege is not simply a Diablo 3 or Gauntlet. Ok, let me retract that statement - Dungeon Siege on -EASY- is Diablo 3/Gauntlet. Dungeon Siege on -HARD- is another story. On hard difficulty, you find yourself using way more tactics/strategies then just 'run in and kill them all' since usually running in will kill YOU. - Josh |
