| Posted By: Byldavis Posted On: Aug 12, 2002 Views: 662 | The proof is in the moding Dungeon Siege? Morrowind? NWN? For the past year(s) RPG fans have read through the developer interviews. Finally, all of them have arrived. Each boasted an immersive game world. Each boasted an editor. Within the first two months of NWN's release the sheer volume of modules, hakpaks, models, scripts, etc has outpaced even the expansion of Starbucks across the world (well, maybe not that dramatic :-D ). Some are lousy, some are spectacular. Still, the community involvement alone can be seen as a strong indicator as to which game is emerging at the top of the pile. Will anyone even be talking about DS or MW a year from now...it's hard to say. The buzz around NWN will still be going strong! |
