| Posted By: yohannes lakew Posted On: Sep 9, 2002 Views: 770 | efficient management dear all 9/9/2002 i was the meember of the ethiopian democratic party when i was in ethiopia 20 days before.as the a member i used to comment the party on many issues.one of my comment was efficient administration of the party system.the party needs to be succesful in all areas of canpaigning,membership,income generating activities,inorder to compete the existing dectatorial regime.i think system management with all the advantages and disadvantages has led the world to the 21st century in a more efficient and effective way.system administration specially applies in Ethiopia.it enables the party to operate on the basic princple of accomodation,which allows the party,the society,interest groups,as well as poletical parties to operate under a system confidential to ne another. there fore the focus of the ethiopian democratic party should shift towards managing the party as a whole instead of running for election with out any basis and with a minimum number of supporters. yohannes lakew 9/9/2002 |
| Posted By: it comes with purpose Posted On: Jan 16, 2003 Views: 711 | RE: efficient management for any party to have efficient management, requires very clear objective. what is their land policy. opposing is not enough lay down very clearly what they will do in power. they don't want to do that. just criticize the government, complain tigre domination, blame government for everything. if by any fluke they come to power no one will accuse them of not doing this or that. efficiency comes with clearly defined purpose. fuzzy opposition gets fuzzy organization. |
