Robert Mcnamara said no to nuclear tests on moon. One can only state investigation dark side Moon via NASA alone and use-tests of nuclear weapons never on Moon in accordance protection of Earth applied in Moon axis and no threat to Moon for protection of Earth in accordance balance-axis...
