What if?...

All of this discussion has been made by the presumption that the UFOs are alien property...

Have you ever considered that UFOs might actually exist but that they might be human time machines?

This is just a supposition, of course!

What if the humanoid shape like guys are humans from some very distant future that came back to the past just to watch us (like some history class from the future, huh?)

That could explain their reluctance in meeting us in person, or announcing their presence here.
They wouldn't want to change the past (and, hence, the future-their present.

But well, lets go further: what if they wanted to change their present (our future), by just changing some very specific things of our contemporary time?
What if they gave, indeed, advanced technology to some governments in order to achieve some specific developments? (like, say, deliver advanced technology in order to some country win some war or cure some disease)

ahahah!
I know, this is very sci-fi stuff.
However, there is some logic in here, don't you think?

P.S.: People who dismiss the chance of humans ever being able to build some time machine use to argue that if there was a possibility of that becoming a reality then we should had already been visited by ourselves from our future. What is UFOs are those time machines?

RE: What if?...

Yes, all very interesting I'm sure.
What if there are aliens from the Andromeda galaxy posing as people and encouraging us to make war so we all kill ourselves and leave the planet for them?
We can all postulate any crazy idea we like but it doesn't achieve anything though, and without a shred of evidence to back it up it the whole idea is rather pointless don't you think?

RE: What if?...

Keith,

Your problem: you are too serious.

Just relax.

RE: What if?...

Is it necessary then to believe that UFO's might be people from the future in order to relax?
Very strange!
You have a very odd way of thinking.

RE: What if?...

Of course not, poor man...
It's not necessary to believe that UFO's might be people from the future in order to relax, but it certainly is necessary to be relaxed in order to have a nice and amusing conversation.
Well, don't worry, I understand that in your planet Vulcano this doesn't compute...

RE: What if?...

How long have you had this feeling that the entire universe is centred around you?
So its only possible to have 'a nice and amusing conversation' with you if everyone agrees with you?
I see.

There are far more appropriate sites out there beloved by strange people that will be very, very excited to discuss your amusing idea that UFO's are carrying people from the future, so I suggest you go there and enjoy yourself.
They will be more than happy to agree with you. That should please you no end and will provide, I'm sure, countless hours of endless nice and amusing conversations.
Enjoy.
Goodbye.

RE: What if?...

As an author, I found that what people want is a simple explanation to difficult questions that trouble them.
In order to do this it is necessary to give clear and concise explanations, without any mathematical formulae, and to be sure to clearly differentiate between what is accepted as scientific fact and what is merely one's own opinion. This takes a great deal of careful and extensive open minded research.
It is also necessary to be very clear and unambiguous when asking a question.
From what I have seen of Ridler he possesses none of these qualities. Just check out his nonsense on infinity to see what I mean. It is just his own self opinionated belief that I am wrong and he is right, even though he was unable to prove it when challenged and resorts to making silly and pointless remarks.
No, he would never make an author, doesn't have what it takes.
