Book of the universe

Hi Keith. I was wondering if you could recommend me a book on cosmology and about the universe in its birth with the big bang. It interests me a lot and now I've been searching around for a good book to read up on it. I was recommended one book already titled -Just Six Numbers: The Deep Forces That Shape The Universe- by Martin Rees. Maybe you've heard of that. Well anyway, hope you can help me out. Thanks

RE: Book of the universe

Hi Teddy,
There are many good books, and some pretty bad ones.
I would recommend Bill Bryson's "A short history of nearly everything" as a very good source of info and also entertaining and well written.
Glad you liked mine.
Cheers.
