God didn't write the bible men did, many different men over a period of hundreds of years, and much of it handed down second hand gossip, all greatly exagerated, even fictitous stories, designed to please the masses. You can believe every word of it if you like,I have more intelligence than to believe it is a true representation of actual events. You may as well believe "Alice in Wonderland" is a true story as believe the bible is. If God made the universe where is he now? |

"we cant explain the doings of god" or "you just have to believe/have faith" is not an intelligent (or vaild) argument. |

Alot of people say red shift, but what causes red shift? And how did humans and other animals come to be? I really do not think that little proteins and nutrients came together in a small puddle and formed life. There is like a 1 in 1,000,000,000 chance of that happening. |

I trillion is 10^12. Not all of those stars have plants but were finding out that a lot more then we though do have planets. So if yur right about it being a 1 in 1trillion chance. Than its likely that it did happen. |

The theory is not able to explain what happened in the first splitseconds after the big bang and why or where the ,, superhot, superdense fireball of energetic radiation " is coming from. The inflated baloon example is stupid ( it involves 2 dimensions to explain something that is more the a 3 dimensional sphere, because it contains also the dimension of time !!! ) What does it mean ,, the universe came into existence at a definite moment in time " , as long as time was born only the moment the big bang happened ? ,, some 13 billion years ago " with ,,universe with a finite age less than 20 billion years " simply don't fit together. Looks more like guessing ... the typical nuclear density is 10 to the 14th power grams per cubic centimeter , not 1014 g/cc , and is also the density of a neutron star , at only that density the baby universe would have to be born huge ! To hold this strong theory upright it was necesary to invent things like cosmic inflation , dark matter , dark energy etc Speculations ,that would never be accepted as proves in any other domain of science , but in cosmology. This cannot be called science no more , it is religion wich has to be defended at all costs ! |
