is infinity 'real'

The main train of thought on this topic is glued to things without their partner time. Perhaps an oversight? If we reconsider things as though they were events, then infinities seem easier to measure. I am simply talking about Space-Time here. I think we don't have to spin out the conversation to ideas of 'Nothing' or an 'unbounded universe' when we re-introduce time with space. For example, consider a trip around a circle: its an infinite event with unique time-stamps. So, loops are infinite. Recursive processes are infinite too. Even a 'stationary thing's' location can be considered infinite since its consuming space is tied to tracked time. We don't measure events with just calipers but clocks and calipers.

RE: is infinity 'real'

I cannot agree that adding time helps, even time is finite. A trip around a circle is by no means infinite other than in a simple two dimensional sense, which is hardly infinite. A stationary object can only occupy a spot for a finite period of time.
