I am so fed up with these bawl bag baseball players who can't seem to live with the millions of dollars they make while the rest of us struggle to feed our families, then pay a fortune just to take them out to the ball park. Only in America is it "right" for these guys to play for millions, while the rest of us who are nurses, police officers, doctors, firemen, paramedics save lives while risking our own, and get paid so little, and we always do OUR jobs. I think all players should make a set wage such as $15- $20 dollars an hour, which is mighty fair just to play ball. And furthermore, I feel that we should just ban baseball all together and let it go away. If these babies need millions of dollars, they need to get real jobs and work for it. I wish they would have went on strike and never came back to the ball park. It makes me sick anymore to listen to them whine. |

You are absolutely correct..BUT..if the police officer, the burger guy, the gas station guy, the salesman ever discovered that he or she could hit 425 foor line drives, catch a fly ball in center field, pitch a no or two hit game, make a double play from deep short stop and was offered the money ball layers make today, how fast would they chuck their old jobs and jump on the money wagon? In perhaps two seconds?? |
