I've learned a lot over the years, and now I'm a Holy Fire® III Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, plus I teach others too. I'm also a Kambo Practitioner, and Crystal Healer with a focus on Sacred Geometry, and I guide people in Yoga styles like Hatha, Kundalini, and Nidra. But you know what's even cooler? I've been through some tough times about fifteen years ago. Anxiety, depression, brain fog, and health problems were all part of my daily struggle. It felt like there was no way out. I hit rock bottom a couple of times, and that's when I decided I needed a change. I did a lot of inner and outer work, and guess what? It completely turned my life around – and pretty fast too! Now, I bring all that experience to help others in their personal development, alternative healing, and spiritual journeys. Life's an adventure, and I'm here to share what I've learned! |
