I have had surgery 25 years ago and since I have gotten older my arthritis has gotten worse. I get very stiff and find it hard to deal with at times. I more get worse being in an air conditioned room or during the winter time. It makes it hard to get out of bed some times. I often get muscle spasems in my back really painful..... What can one do for relief? |
