I've always watched the original L&O, but when L&O: CI came along, it left the original show in the dust. Bobby Goren is the perfect detective! Not to mention, the perfect man. He's so scruffy, and witty, and extraordinarily intelligent, and quirky, and insanely beautiful.... I thought I'd finally left those days of being a giggling idiot, drooling over hunky men. If you go back, the premise of the show was supposed to be like L&O but more from the crimnal perspective. The only two on the show that can act are Goren and ADA Carver, and Carver is a somewhat minor roll, so the show became about Goren. He pulls so much stuff out of his ass it's rediculous. |
