We havent had a cop killed off since the first season, so let's start a campaign to kill of Dennis Farina and replace him with a younger/better dectective. If they remove Sam Waterson, the show will not be worth watching. So LET'S KILL OFF DENNIS FARINA'S CHARACTER and get us a real dectective on the show. |

As the "Law and Order" season progressed, the wise remarking, smart-mouth Italian Fontana is a great addition to the cast! A seasoned character adds some depth and dimenson to the series. I love to watch him and his interaction with the criminals and fellow police officers. Keep him! It is all the more fascinating as Dick Wolf unravels bits and pieces of all of his L and O. characters. |

Granted, he is no Lennie Brisco, but he is still much better than the two guys before Lennie. Remember Max Greevy and Phil Ceretta? Fontana is a much better character than those two. Besides, you can't really expect them to be able to replace good old Lennie Brisco. |
