Clausen will try to lead the team, but his natural abilitiy to lose the game will win out. By the end of the season, he will only be worrying about stats for his draft status in the pros. His biggest weakness will be his 3/4 arm delivery and 6.5 second in the 40 run. |

Alot of strong players are back with valuable experience from last season. We have moved Tinsley to Wide-out which I suggested before on this site. With Mark Jones playing at reciever DB he could be a big threat, if you combine those two guys with talent like Cj fayton, Montrell Jones, Jomo Fagan, Tony Brown, James Banks, Chris Hannon, and Jonathon Wade and if you add in the arm of a good senior QB like Clausen it looks like we will have a pretty effective passing game. The vols have tons of talented tailbacks and three pretty athletic fullbacks to back up clausen. I think the offense will be very balanced and if Randy Sanders makes the right calls it will be unstoppable even fo teams like the gators an hurricanes. Georgia doesn't stand a chance in Neyland stadium this season, they will not get 4 in a row against a talented volunteer defense. don't forget about the defense with many starters returning from last season it will be great to have them all healthy if the defense stays healthy they could be the top defensive squad in the nation. Fast DB's and nasty linebackers complement the big D-line very well. You should see alot of pressure from the front 8 in the box this season. |

We need another defense like Eric Westmoreland and Al Woodson led. Thats what we need here in Tennessee Big Orange Country. |

We have those type of line backers right now. those fast agressive linebackers like wilson and Westmoreland. Why does eveyrone forget about anthony Sessions? He was another good backer. We have Kevin Burnett, and Kevin Simon. Watch those two guys this season the have the ability to make game changing plays. The defense should(like always) be the strongest part of the team this season, but if Randy Sanders gets his head out of his butt, then Tennessee could light up the sky with the arm of Clausen and those young recievers, and then knock it in on the ground game as well. Offense doesn't look pretty for the first two games, but comes around for Florida. |
