What I like about non-Medieval RPG's(i.e. Ragnarok Online & Phantasy Star Online) Are the weapons effects that wouldn't happen in Medieval RPGs(i.e. Everquest.). You usually wouldn't be able to get a bolt of electricity from a crossbow, would you? |

There are a couple I like involving time travel, and I like the game Mage (Dungeons and Dragons type RPG, but I think it was done by Whitewolf), which takes place in this time, usually. But, yes, crossbows can shoot lightning bolts in medieval settings. They're usually called "magical items" :P |
