It might look like "U," for example is the most popular insulin, but in fact it might mean that more people have tried it and given up on it. I wish it showed how many cats have tried only one insulin and which type versus how many cats have been on whichever multiple combinations there are, but that'd probably take a more complicated program. Also, I didn't mark R--even though Clark's been on it. That was for an emergency and to my mind doesn't count as "trying" it on him. I wonder how others interpret that. |

We are on our fourth insulin. Maybe another poll will be run to show what insulin is working ... currently! |
| Posted By: Lisa and Gorb Posted On: Nov 27, 2002 Views: 300 | you've got it Laura :) Well, Murray's Laura that is...this poll is kinda just to give us an idea on what folks have tried. More detailed surveys (not via simple polling but an online survey system) will follow (that will address what you're looking for Laura, Clark's Laura LOL). These are just "general" to see if we can see trends in humulin vs. animal, that type of trend. And just to get an idea on how many folks have tried the more "obscure" insulins like Lantus, UK PZI, etc. ~~Lisa |
