| Posted By: Destruction Angel Posted On: Dec 2, 2002 Views: 449 | 10 - 80 hours I usually only play a game 1 - 2 hours a day, so 10 hours already keeps me occupied for some time and if it has good replay value 10 hours is enough. Even a short game can be very good. Usually I like longer games better, though, if the game is very short (under 10 hours) the story cant really develop and you don't have time to get into the battle system (if the battle system is innovative enough to need time to get into it...). 30 to 60 hours is what I usually like best, but if the game is good it can be shorter or longer. Over 80 hours the game gets boring IMO, you already know how everything works and nothing can really surprise you. Of course these times appy to one playthrough, a game should be fun to replay. |
