Come on guys, you value money over knowing what it's all about? You value money over having your own island??!! You could sell an island for more than $23,000!!! That reminds me, but you'll only get this if you're British. Do you remember Castaway 2000? They put a whole bunch of guys on this gorgeous Scottish island for a year. Anyway, this island's called Taransay and I visited it last summer. It's got white beaches, totally clear water, its own chapel, standing stones, old ruined mills, everything's amazing. Thing is, there's this bloke who owns the whole island, and he inherited it from this old guy he befriended. The old guy's family were well p*ssed off. It's the coolest island ever. I'm going to befriend the owner and then push him under a train. Or something. |

He lowered it to $23,000............ which incidently I'd still take....... even in Canadian Dollars :) Either way it's a lot of presssure off. That's a nice downpayment on a mortgage so I can stop paying astronomical rent every month! Or it woudl pay off a lot of debt and give me a nice nest egg for next time I'm laid off (learned my lesson)!!! |

For the time travel bit, I could go back to, like, 1979 and buy a bunch of Microsoft or Intel stock. That would make me quite rich so I wouldn't have to worry about finding a job now. If I started over in grade school, that'd still put me back in 1979 (or 1978 if I had to start with kindergarten). Plus if I knew then what I know now I'd be all about getting some higher-level learning in those kiddie years, and I'd leave high school a couple of years early to attend some prestigious university and stuff so I could make mad bucks if my millions in MSFT and INTC stock weren't enough to satisfy. |
