Curves six-week challenge

What do you think of the curves diet plan. I have been on phase 1 for 2 weeks and lost 10 pounds.

I was on it for the 6 weeks and lost 10 pounds, 16 1/2 inches. Now, I've lost a total of 30 pounds (over 4 months)...Am still losing and losing inches.

I hope these testamonies are from real Curves ladies! That gives me hope, I joined Curves 2 sessions ago and have heard great things and your statements are the icing on the cake. i look forward to a loss in inches and pounds. It is an easy way to do it--30 minutes and an actual PLAN as opposed to gyms where you are left to your on devices and have to figure out waht machine to get on next.

I've been going for 2 months, 3 times a week on a 1500 low calorie low carb diet. I am not seeing the weight loss, how can you lose inches and no weight. It seems hardly anyone is seeing a weight loss where I go and it really brings you down. I love the workout though and the people.

I started my own diet Jan 6, 2004. One month later I had lost 11 pounds. I joined Curves at this point. I have lost 10 more pounds as of April 19, 2004. One of the things they stress is that you are gaining muscle which is heavier. The pounds may not reflect your losses, but your clothes must be starting to show a difference. I have lots of friends at my Curves who don't even diet, yet their clothes are hanging loose on them. Keep it up - Only you can make they difference.

After one year at Curves, I am now - today - starting the 6-week challenge diet.
