Which would YOU choose? Me thinks that those of us who just lie there all annoyed would benefit from "being" with themselves...sleep comes quicker to the relaxed! ;-)

Ahhhh, OK. But what if you're a monk? or a nun? OR WHAT IF YOU HAVE NO HANDS?!?!?! Or what if you just pick up a book, and read and not be annoyed? And what if when the alarm clock goes off; THEN you be with "Yourself" kind of a quick wakemeup? Or what if I just roll over and jump on my wife and just decide to spread my non-sleepyness? Yeah, that should be in there in the poll. BOOTY CALL!!!

yeh but to be with yourself (even all annoyed) you have to like yourself. Or, as Shakespeare said, there's the rub. Cos If you like yourself, just being with yoursaelf wouldn't make you annoyed. You;d be pleased. Like if a friend dropped by. Whereas if you like yourself (made in the image of God, nicely made, full of good surprises and excellent workmanship) then being with yourself shouldn't be a hardship.
Except yuou can't sleep so you;re annoyed at that.
But if you're forty now and live till you;re seventy, you only get another 30 summers. So when you stay up awake next time, appreciate the time. It's short.
(That's meant to be encouraging, not morbid)
Ah well. Hello from Scotland, It's bright and sunny and cold. But I'm visiting LA next month, so maybe get some sunshine on my plae wee scottish body. (Is a kilt OK for Hollywood?)

Wow, you can't cus in here, that's cool.

If you swear in here they replace the letters with "****"'s, that's cool.

So that means to words like **** or **** or ass or bitch, and ****er, and bastard, or maybe even bloody. but can we say things like butt-**** or titty-****? Nope I doubt it. Or perhaps maybe even vulgarities such as RIM-JOB are bad as well. Well, at least this list of things you can't say here will help you all out. Remember a ****ty mouth reflects upon a ****ed-up attitude.

Man, I'm only 25 but here's the scoop I'm in debt to the bank, and you're sayin' that time is short? Man, that means that shortly after the bank is all paid off, I'll die..... ****. Now I'm depressed.

Enjoy LA, and a Kilt is A.O.K. And if you want be impressive, go regimental, that's what I'd do.

Its strangely reassuring to know that there are so many others out there not sleeping when the tablets dont work and you are sick of talking to the ceiling you can now get on line and share your frustrations and annoyances with the non-insomniacs out there. GP's telling you to have a glass of warm milk and relax for an hour before going to bed when I replied "And then what?" she said "well why can't you sleep?" I don't have to tell any of you that I got up and walked out. Those who don't suffer really don't have a clue do they? When wanting to tick several boxes on the voting list I decided I definately qualified to reply.
