numbness on my feet

For the last 5 years, i have felt numb on my both feet and occasionally there is this stinging pain on my toes. I am taking regularly Neurobion (vitamin B1,B6,B12) but the numbness do not disappear. Is this a permanent feature then for my feet? Is there anything that can be taken to cure the numbness?
