Coffee!!!

I hope you all realize that starbucks pays more for the cup than for the coffee to fill it. Coffee profit, especially when you charge $3.00 for a drink, is around 70-80%.

I agree, roasted beans and water should not cost $3.00.

Especially since now the 'barristas' don't even have to know how to make your drink. The machine does it all; they just press a couple of buttons like on a soft drink machine and it (1) grinds the beans, (2) dispenses them, (3) runs the right amount of steam through them, and (4) dumps them into a waste bin. Why pay $3 - $5 for them to push a button?!
