$10 doesn't equal .25

parking tickets is by far the biggest ripoff. You get a $10-15 ticket if you don't put in .25 cents. Stupid bitch meter maids.

i dont live in a big city, but i agree with this guy... on comedy central one guy's whole bit was about his $55 dollar parking ticket and it was like a 22,000% increase of what he put in the meter ot wahtever...i dont know but i laughed my a s s off
