However, companies should act upon the most important item(s) first and build upon it with other items on the list. I am a bit fascinated that "Reegineering" is on top of the list (the Poll, up-to-date) since it will cause dramatic change to the operation of a company, which may lead to unstable internal business environment for the company. |
