| Posted By: reni Posted On: Aug 3, 2003 Views: 564 | What will the E5 be? did anyone listen the E5 the message on the ENIGMAMUSIC.COM has said that E5 had been listened on VIGINITALY.com but i haven't. and i think that the E5 will be a disppointment why? cause through the track list i guess that E5 had been mixed with pop music(just like E4) maybe the E1 is the only thing which would be unforgetable. |

E1 was groundbreaking yes, but E3 was my favorite album. E4 took some getting use to, now I love it. I personally can't wait to see what E5 brings! |

E5 will be a new beginning. My favourite album is the E4. E4 was great and if you do not agree, please go listen to 'Gravity of Love', 'Smell of Desire' and 'Silence Must be Heard'. I think the whole album was wonderful. I'm waiting for Sep 8. Don't know when it will be available in India though! |
| Posted By: reni Posted On: Aug 14, 2003 Views: 460 | RE: What will the E5 be? maybe every enigma's album has their own fascination. as mike said that the four album just like a circle to him if you look at the vote above it, you may know that the person who vote it is a european or american, they didn' t like E2, why? cause they didn't understand the culture of east, i'm a chinese,so i can understand the E2 what mike want to tell us. i considered that the whole E1 album as a single song, the song contact to each other, just like a un-separate story, and so did E3,but E4 and LSD lost this contant, they spirit of a song didn't contact to each other, also the topic of E4 album is like some pop song. if you like E4 or LSD, then i'll tell, enigma is macrocosm ,and it was un-separate-able,you just listen one or two song of the whole ablum,you should listen the whole album! then you'll comprehend the real spirit of each chapter. |

By this album, Michael Cretu had mastered the art of mixing, and it's completely stunning. I didn't like it so much at first, but somehow it has become at the top of my list, tied with E2... E2 is so wonderful - and though I'm american, I do understand the eastern culture. However, the album also has some very native american themes, which is what I love about it. My favorite Enigma song is track 5: "Silent Warrior." For it's intensity and lyrical complexity. (Gravity of Love is also a favorite.) E3 still hasn't fully clicked with me for some reason. But I'm not going to say I don't like it, because I do, I just haven't become "attached" to it. And E1 is of course classic. So yeah, Enigma rocks, and I think E5 will rock as well... |

This new chapter will show us a new circle of emotions, a new state of spirit. We need to understand that we are not supposed to judge or compare the Enigma albums. We can't say: "this is better or it's pop music". Because Enigma is music and the genre doesn't matter at all. The music just has to touche us deep inside of us. Ok, i know that sometimes the sounds seem to be common. I hope E5 open our minds to new experiences, new space and cultures as Enigma did in E1,E2... So, late the rhythm be your guide... and buy the CD, don't you share it at Kazaa or similare. |
