THE CLOWN! The clown/bedroom scene in Poltergeist is just damn freaky. The kid is so freaked out and he just KNOWS that clown is out to get him. The kids facial expressions alone are enough. Then...when he bends over one side of the bed to look under...sees nothing and comes up...to the clown behind him. Scared the hell out of me when I was a kid. Still does.

RE: THE CLOWN! dude. im 27 and that movie STILL freaks the **** outta me. my brother (26) and i will rent it whenever we want to be scared... once, when i was about 12, there was this clown store at seaport village and we psyched each other up for an hour before we would set foot inside the store. as soon as we stepped in, my brother shreiked and shoved me out the door... the actual clown from the movie was there on a special display above the register. talk about traumatizing? im still wigged out by stuffed clowns (real people clowns dont bother me at all). *shudder* great, now m thinking about it... :) amy
