Pennywise I adored Stephen King's "It" and "The Shining" as two very scary books, and creepy movies, as well. Tim Curry was perfectly dressed and cast as Pennywise the Alien/Clown in It (He was also well-outfitted as Satan in Legend--but that's more dramatic than scary). My heart still beats a bit faster when I recall the scene where he pops up over the edge of the B&W photo in the photo album on his unicycle----it was just FREAKY! I'm not afraid of clowns, but this ( and poltergeist)has made me understand others fears better.
