IMDB is NOT Accurate he may not be over 40

IMDB is totally not accurate.. You can believe what it says.. it is handeled sometimes by managers etc.. Ty Pennington's shows are targeted at women in their thirties and early forties come on houswives who dream about ther big houses... they will make their age whatever they think it is.. there are actors who I personally know who are like actully over forty and their birthdates on IMDB is actaully twenty something.. It's the truth..

I am not saying that that Ty's birthday is not accurate but you can't believe everything you read..
