Trillion - one thousand at a time?

I was just just doing some quick math about handing out a thousand dollars at a time. To give away one trillion dollars to one billion people would be a mamouth effort, assuming that you could meet 100 thousand people every day it would still take over 27 years before you ran out of money! Who's got time for that?

I do, I have all the time in the world and I'm not going anywhere...and obviously you have some time yourself if you're going to waste it doing those calculatins.

It shouldn't be that hard. The American federal government spends over a trillion dollars every year. Strangely enough, it seems like even though I pay them thousands of dollars every year, I never really get anything back.
