I think that when your listening to a Midnite (collaboration)album you should have an open mind and certainly not expect them to repeat previuos albums because although they posess a certain roots style, they still seem to do something new (and cutting edge) every time. This is what we have come to (in contrast to most of other artists) enjoy from Midnite. This is why every album should be considered as a new thing and should be given the time, then you must discover something new every time. This reviewer seems still to be caught up in the three first albums but its quite clear that Midnite exibits great progress in their music and great skills. In sum, this alum is very higly recommended! |
