Also,i was bothered by the fact that she forgot him so easily but I don't think she fully forgot him because I think part of the reason she was so attracted to Richard was because he reminded her of Philip so yah he was important to her but he is DEAD so there is no reason to think so much about him.

However, due to his influence on Anita's life his death force her to not so closed off from people and that when genuine affection is offered her it's not always good to reject it out of hand.
