Only in America?

ooooeee, 'rocking and empty rocking chair' a huge NO-NO, or... 'opening an umbrella inside of a house'. both guaranteed lotsa bad luck!
flip side, 'left palm itchy, money is coming your way', right palm, you'll 'meet someone new'.
wonder how this stuff, as well as those on todd's list, came to be accepted as fact, huh?

I don't know, but they sure as shi t have waaay older superstitions in other countries. Esp eastern europe.

"left hand ichy, money coming your way, right hand itchy, meet someone new." i don't know where you got your facts, but my sources say that if your left hand itches, money will be gained, right hand itches, money will be lost. also, left ear itches/burns, someone is speeking well of you, right ear itches, someone speeks ill of you, nose itches, expect conflict, left foot itching means a journey will be on strange grounds, but if the right foot itches, journey will be to a familiar place. i have many others if you all want to know (but no more about itching).
