Posted By: John Posted On: Apr 30, 2004 Views: 1795 | USA barely I'm not too familiar with Paul Simon's playing or Bruce Springstien. But, Edward Van Halen and Flea. US WINS |
Posted By: W Taber Posted On: Apr 29, 2004 Views: 1788 | The Edster on USA lead? That position makes it easy...with Van Halen on USA lead, I easily vote for the UK! |
Posted By: Mick Posted On: Apr 27, 2004 Views: 1818 | vocalist?? Are these new supergroups just gonna be playing instrumentals at all their gigs?? What about some singing once in a while..:-) |
Posted By: Tom C. Posted On: Apr 23, 2004 Views: 1747 | UK Supergroup. Pete Townshend makes the choice simple for me. He is my favorite of ALL TIME and that's that. |
Posted By: Joy Lane Posted On: Apr 18, 2004 Views: 1815 | best allaround I must say again, DG is the only one you would need for the whole group. |
Posted By: Joy Lane Posted On: Apr 18, 2004 Views: 1780 | best allaround I agree with Tom, Dave Grohl can do no wrong, he is the most underated musician of our time. |
Posted By: Roz Green Posted On: Apr 18, 2004 Views: 1774 | Supergroup Why does it have to be a competition between USA & UK? Let's make THE best Supergroup of all time and mix them up!! We'd probably have to have BOTH lead guitarists!!! |
Posted By: badcitizen Posted On: Apr 17, 2004 Views: 1737 | usa outclassed I'm American but the presence of Eddie alone isn't enough to overcome all the talent on the british side. Besides that, it is a sin to vote against god. |
Posted By: Tom Brown Posted On: Apr 15, 2004 Views: 1745 | The Genious I voted USA FOR THE REASON OF DAVE GROHL HE BRINGS POWER,BRILLIANCE,COMEDY AND ALOT OF EXPERIENCE BUT THE REST OF THAT BAND IS **** THE UK LINEUP UP IS BETTER DUT DAVE GROHL IS ****IN BRILLIANT AND HE BEATS EVERYONE IN MY BOOK (THE BEST DRUMMER IN THE WORLD AND I DONT CARE WHAT HE SAYS OR WHAT ANYONE ELSE SAYS. |
Posted By: timmy Posted On: Apr 15, 2004 Views: 1736 | DAVE GROHL voted for usa solely on the reason that dave grohl is in the line up. but clearly uk is the winner.......... |
Posted By: klemen Posted On: Apr 15, 2004 Views: 1686 | EC and co. v USA ummmm... UK lineup does it for me. Although you could just add Elton, Stevie and Pete to the only real supergroup ever (Cream, of course) and the boys from the States would bow and walk away... |
Posted By: sid Posted On: Apr 15, 2004 Views: 1667 | dave grohl one canĀ“t have too many bands with this guy participating. |
Posted By: Brian Posted On: Apr 12, 2004 Views: 1681 | USA vs. UK This was a really tough call. I've been a fan of so many of these guys; especially Eddie Van Halen. At first, I was tending to lean toward the UK team, as they're all from a somewhat similar genre; I think that these guys could just click and do incredible things, however then I stopped and thought that the US team has such a variety of musical styles and genres; I see a lot more potential for conflict there, but I really think that if team USA can unify and work as a team, the results could be mind blowing. |
Posted By: Ed Dubreuil Posted On: Apr 12, 2004 Views: 1657 | Edward Van Halen You could place Edward Van Halen with the members of Spinal Tap, and I'd still pick them. |
Posted By: Mike Beckmann Posted On: Apr 5, 2004 Views: 1854 | British are Great. I am a Sir Paul McCartney fan! I think the British artists are Great.
